Modalities

  • Based on a contract defining objectives and success indicators validated during a tripartite meeting
  • Standard : 6 to 8 coaching sessions of 1h30 each, with tripartite at the beginning and at the end
  • Flash coaching (4 sessions)

TEAM COACHING

Modalities

  • Based on a contract defining objectives and success indicators validated during a tripartite meeting 
  • A proposal will be detailed after a pre-work done by interviews depending on the topic and context.
